Perhaps you thought I had fallen off the face of the Earth. Perhaps you forgot I existed are are like, “Who is this Dale person?”
I am still around, and perhaps at a later time I’ll say what I’ve been up to. For now, I just wanted to share some news that brought some light to my sequestered day, and hope it will bring some to yours as well.
Today I saw an email from one of my editors that the ebook of Candy Lovers: Sugar Erotica, an anthology I contributed to, is free for a couple days (through March 31) on Amazon. I do not know if this is just Amazon U.S. or all Amazon stores—I sure hope it’s all Amazon stores, because the whole world needs a little sunshine right now.
My story is “How I Learned to Love Making Strawberry Jam” and draws from my hate-love relationship with canning preserves during muggy Wisconsin summers and my experience working on produce farms. The rest of it, alas, is pure fiction
