Circlet Press, publisher of “erotica for geeks,” plans to post spooky erotic microfiction on its blog every day this October to count down to Halloween. Writers will be compensated $5 per flash fiction piece published.
The stories do not have to be set on Halloween. We are simply looking to combine the elements of horror with the elements of erotica. Send a chill down our spine while simultaneously turning us on. Humor is alright too so long as it fits with the theme.
Every gender combination is welcome, and all sex should be consensual. Submissions will be considered as they come in, so the sooner you send something, the better chance it has of being accepted. If you really need a deadline, put Oct. 1 on your calendar.

This blog is queer-friendly. I strive to ensure that all submission calls I post are open to works with queer/LGBTQIA characters and themes. I do this by checking the publisher's back catalog, submissions policies,or business practices, or by communicating with the publisher directly.
